Our therapy sessions are something client’s look forward to.  First the therapist and client work together to identify the problems in their life that they would like to work on.  Then we establish therapeutic goals, and a plan is set to achieve those goals.  Our therapy office is a safe space where client’s feel comfortable exploring the issues in their lives.  During therapy sessions, we use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered approaches to help people get the results that they want.  There is a strong focus on understanding the problem and then actually making the changes necessary to see positive results.  As a result client’s find themselves feeling less stressed, happier, and more at peace with themselves and their life.
